Product Description
Industrial Electric Heater Cartridge Heater Tubular Heating Elements

Industrial Electric Heater Cartridge Heater Tubular Heating Elements

1. Cartridge Heater Working PrincipleElectric cartridge heater, also known as single-end tubular heater, one end can heat, another end is cold end.It is made of a metal tube put into the resistance alloy wire as the heating materials, the alloy wire is filled with good insulation high purity magnesium oxide as filler, the product has a big power, high thermal efficiency, fast heat dissipation characteristics. 2. Performance Rating:Maximum Temperature: ≤ 300 °CMaximum Watt Density: heat area sufuce power 5~11W/cm² depending on heater size and operating temperature.Votage: 12~250V (or as requirment)3. Characteristics:
  1. Alloy 304 stainless steel is used to provide high temperature strength, good thermal conductivity and resistance to oxidation up to 1200°F(650°C). Alloy 304 is a Nickel-Chromium Stainless Steel.
  2. German Imported Nickel-Chrome resistance wire NiCr8020 is evenly stretched and strung through ceramic insulators.
  3. USA imported high purity Magnesium Oxide (MgO) is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator, thus increasing thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
  4. The standard termination, consisting of 30cm internally / externally connected flexible stranded nickel wire leads with high temperature insulation. To meet your different application, we offer other style leadwires, that will solve many of the most common application problems.
  5. Ceramic end cap protects the cartridge internally from outside contamination.
